1)       Tasks

• Directs an entire building project (usually one home build or rehab at a time)
• Works on site per schedule and directs volunteer leaders/teams, interfaces with subcontractors
• Participates in defining the project, approves plans, construction techniques,
• Develops a detailed project schedule
• Defines number of volunteers needed at any given time

2)       Skills Required

• Can read construction blueprints
• Understands and can practice advanced carpentry skills
• Good communication skills, can direct people
• Computer skills, can generate schedules and communicate via e-mail
