Ingredients:
4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese
¾ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. honey
2 tsp. freshly grated lemon zest
2 cups fresh blueberries

Directions: In a medium bowl, break up cream cheese with a fork. Drain off any liquid from yogurt. Add yogurt and honey to bowl and mix with electric mixer at high speed until light and creamy. Stir in lemon zest. Layer cream and berries in dessert dishes. If not serving immediately, cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours.
